Developmental/Beginner

1 day a week: $900 (payment plan is available)

Developmental sand training is an opportunity for beginner volleyball players to develop and improve their agility, strength, vertical, ball control, and communication skills. It's a great program to help indoor athletes master their overall game. A technical program will focus on ball control, technique, mechanics, fitness, and included competition.

5:30-7pm
Developmental skill level - players who have never played volleyball or just have the basic skills and need some work.
